Checkout Process

Ordering is quick and easy using KOR’s one-page checkout. Simply click the “Add to Cart” button on the product page. This will take you directly to KOR’s shopping bag, where you can adjust the quantity of products you would like to purchase. After you have selected the quantity you would like to order, please fill in the remaining fields. These include selecting a shipping option, your e-mail address, your shipping and billing addresses and your credit card information.

Shipping

Items will be shipped once payment has been confirmed. Shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer.

We are not liable for any delay in shipment, damage or loss of package. A tracking number will be sent to you via email or text.

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN METRO MANILA (For orders of 600.00 and above). Payments received after

12:00 pm Saturday will be processed on Monday. Orders and payments received during holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns and Exchanges

To make a warranty claim:

Email our customer service department at info@korwater.com.ph.
Include the following information in your email:

An explanation of the defect
Attach a picture of the bottle highlighting the defective area
Your contact number and mailing address
Where you purchased your KOR vessel

What happens next:

Our Returns Department will review your email and the pictures sent. If the problem is due to manufacturer’s defect, we will repair or replace it at no charge. We will contact you for the return shipping instructions.
Replacement or repaired vessels will be shipped back to you within 1 week at our expense.
If the problem is not found to be a manufacturer issue, we will contact you before taking any further action.
